Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 July 2026. By booking a pooja on Mprayer you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Mprayer (“we”, “us”) is an online platform operated as a venture of GV Mediatech, at No. 1 Sampige Road, Mantri Greens, Malleswaram, Bengaluru 560003, India. You can reach us at care@mprayer.in.

2. What we provide

Mprayer is a technology platform that connects devotees with verified independent priests who perform traditional Hindu rituals on their behalf at South Indian temples. We are not a temple, and we are not a religious authority.

We arrange for a verified independent priest to perform the ritual you select, in your name, using the Sankalpam details you provide.
We provide a written confirmation of completion from the priest, naming the temple, the ritual and the day it was performed. We do not offer or supply recordings of a ritual.
We arrange delivery of blessed prasad to the address you provide.

Unless we expressly state otherwise on a listing, rituals are not performed under an official arrangement with the temple administration. Temple names describe the traditional origin or customary practice of the ritual.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Rituals offered on Mprayer are acts of devotion and traditional spiritual practice. They are not a guarantee, promise or assurance of any specific outcome, result, cure, gain or remedy. Nothing on this website should be read as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place a booking. By booking, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them.

5. Bookings and pricing

Prices are shown in full on each listing before payment. No charges are added at checkout.
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and we acknowledge it.
Ritual dates depend on temple schedules, priest availability and traditional calendars. We will tell you the scheduled date and inform you promptly of any change.
We may decline or refund a booking at our discretion — for example where a ritual cannot lawfully or practically be performed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise; where an international amount is displayed it is indicative and your bank's conversion rate applies.

7. Cancellation, refunds and delivery

Our cancellation, refund, shipping and delivery terms form part of these Terms and are set out on our Policies page.

8. Your information

We collect only what is needed to perform your Sankalpam and deliver prasad. Astrological and prayer details are shared only with the assigned priest. See our Privacy policy.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Mprayer for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false or another person's details without their consent.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

10. Intellectual property

The Mprayer name, logo, website design, text and imagery are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

11. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes attributed to the performance or non-performance of a ritual.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including temple closures, restrictions, natural events, strikes or courier delays.

12. Independent priests

Priests are independent service providers, verified by us before onboarding. They are not our employees. We remain your point of contact for any issue with a booking.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
