Disclaimer

Mprayer is a technology platform that connects devotees with verified independent priests and spiritual service providers. Unless expressly stated, rituals are not performed under an official arrangement with the temple administration. Temple names are used to describe the traditional origin or customary practice of the ritual. Rituals are acts of devotion and traditional spiritual practice and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

What you are paying for

Each booking on Mprayer covers two things, both stated on the pooja listing before you pay:

  • The ritual — performed in your name by a verified independent priest at the temple shown on the listing, using the Sankalpam details you provide (name, Nakshatra, Rasi and Gotram).
  • The priest's note and prasad — a written confirmation naming the temple, the ritual and the day it was performed, followed by a physical shipment of blessed prasad to your address.

Prices are fixed and shown in full on each listing, from ₹751 to ₹3,000. There are no hidden charges, and nothing is added at checkout.

Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings are final once the priest is assigned. A full refund is issued only if the ritual cannot be performed at all.
  • Before a priest is assigned: cancel by WhatsApp and we will refund you in full.
  • After a priest is assigned: the offering is committed to the temple and the priest, so the booking is non-refundable. You may still correct your Sankalpam details at no cost until the ritual is performed.
  • If the ritual cannot be performed at all (temple closure, restriction or an unforeseen event) and no suitable alternative date or equivalent ritual at the same temple works for you, we will refund you in full.
  • Once performed, the service is complete and the amount is non-refundable. Raise any concern within 7 days on WhatsApp and we will review it fairly.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Prasad is dispatched only after the ritual is completed, so delivery timelines run from the date of the pooja rather than the date of booking.

  • India: 1–2 weeks from the date the ritual is performed.
  • International: 5–10 business days, via DHL, FedEx or India Post.
  • Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
  • Perishable items are sent in sealed sacred packaging. Where an item cannot lawfully be shipped to your country, a suitable equivalent is included in its place.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we re-send the prasad at no cost to you.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to perform your Sankalpam and deliver prasad (name, astrological details, address, contact). We never sell your data. Astrological and prayer details are shared only with the assigned priest.
