When we reply
Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next morning. During a pooja we may be at the temple — if we are slow to reply, that is usually why.
About an existing booking
Message us on WhatsApp from the number you booked with, and include the name the Sankalpam was made in. That is the quickest way for us to find your order.
